Since 1898, The Victoria Block has been an iconic building at the corner of Homer and West Pender Street. Restoring the rich heritage was top priority for husband and wife duo, Andrew and Miriam Mowat. 

Their collective vision blends old-world charm with modern touches. Original brick walls, cast iron radiators, white oak hardwood flooring, and soaring ceilings transport you to the hotel’s golden-era roots, while premium amenities provide total comfort.

This renovation is more than a design project to us: it’s a heartfelt commitment to celebrating and safeguarding the beauty of old-world craftsmanship for generations to come.”
