Physical accessibility at the hotel

We are located in a heritage building in downtown Vancouver, and while the hotel is wheelchair-accessible, many rooms are small for wheelchair users.

Key physical accessibility details:

  • An elevator is available to access all three floors of the hotel

  • All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking

  • The building includes stairs at the entrance and throughout certain corridors

  • Accessible parking is not available on-site

  • Bathrooms are not equipped with grab bars or roll-in showers
